Please join me on Saturday October 11th 4:15 - 5:45 PM at the New York Society of Illustrators for a seminar on Technology and Craft where I'll be copresenting with illustrators Marcos Chin (School of Visual Arts) and Margo Dabaie at the 2014 Learn Out Loud Educators Symposium.

We will discuss finding new outlets for illustration.  "Learn how these artists took the initiative to create new aspects of their careers and discovered a passion for pattern-making, fashion design, toy and jewelry design, home accessories, comics and zines, and more! "

The highly anticipated bi-annual Educators Symposium takes place every other year in the Society of Illustrators headquarters in NYC- the mecca of illustration.  Illustration professors gather from all over the country and world for this high impact, high value development opportunity filled with idea sharing and networking. 

This year we will be encouraging all participants to "Learn Out Loud!" through interactive team building activities, panel discussions led by peers, lectures led be the top innovators in the field and groundbreaking demonstrations.
